Annual Campaign Pledge Form
The annual Federation campaign is held in the Fall of each year to raise funds for the following fiscal year, January through December. The Federation board needs to know by no later than December of the proceeding year what funds it will have to allocate for the following fiscal year. Please use the pledge sheet below to establish your donation, if you have not already done so, for the next fiscal year or to add to a pledge previously made for this year.
